On start up I am getting a squeal that goes away as the engine warms up , I inspected the belt all looks well ,it has been sprayed with belt dressing . . I think it must be a idler problem ,the car is 6 years old with 15 K miles . I am wondering if I should just address this problem or while I am at it get the timing belt changed as well .

You could help us by actually letting us know what year/model Morgan you have?

Looking at the signature - 2015 4/4
Which means the drive belt is 6 years old. Mine lasted around 5 years. The screech is the belt slipping after start up. Fit a new bet and it will go away.
Replacement is a Gates 6PK1203. I got mine from BHM IIRC but you can find them online easily.
Replacement is easy - the tensioner pulley is spring loaded. A spanner will slacken the tension so you can remove the old belt and then fit the new one. Make sure you make a good mental note of the belt routing before removing the old one.

Just to add to the above, looks like you are not doing much mileage, the battery may be draining down; indeed a battery of that age may be within seeing distance of its demise! When you start, the alternator has to put out a large amperage, which in turn places more mechanical load on the belts and pulleys causing slip. As the battery recovers, the load diminishes and squealing stops. As a matter of interest, Regarding part numbers: 6PK1203...the 6 is the number of ribs and the 1203 is the circumferential length of the belt in mm.

Thanks for the advice ,I've got a new belt ,I'll fit it and report back . Belt dressing should stop the belt slipping that's why I suspect an idler .
