Just bear in mind an organ peddle will add friction to the throttle control system even though it may be minimal.

Craig, when I got my car new I could not get on with the roller pedal. I spoke to Richard Thorne & he suggested the organ pedal. RTCC fitted it & it transformed the driving for me. I

I could not get on with the roller pedal & the factory refused to fit one during build, saying not possible on 2011 4/4. But I know others have retrofitted the organ pedal on 2011 models. However I was advised not to get one fitted as they had been known to jam/stick. (Bad fitted I suspect). This was resolved by fashioning a new peddle assembly. The morgan garage adjusted the peddle to perfectly fit my small feet so “heel & toe” was easy. In fact whilst braking with ball of foot a roll to the right enables the throttle blip. I have now driven it for 10 years with no problem. IMHO I think the dealers should be capable of & should adjust the pedals and seat position to fit the purchaser. After all these are bespoke cars.

Mine is a 2009 4/4 sport and the throttle pedal was about 2" further away than the brake pedal. I took the roller off and made a couple of brackets too fit on the pedal and brought the roller towards me. Difficult to explain but it means you can position the roller where you want it. I'm away at the moment but if anyone wants photos will post when I get back

Thanks for your response you guys, it's been enlightening, however there's clearly not one easy fix here and some sort of re- engineering adjustment is required, David Wellings in his morgan book (p47) comments how the modern roller peddle isn't compatible with a organ type (but can be done) I am hopefully at Lifes motors in the next few weeks and I'll discuss the solutions with Mat, if he can fix good, if not, I'll still have a big smile on my face - will keep you posted . Cheers Alan
