What polish do you recommend for stainless bumpers ?

I would try using Meguiars All Metal Polish first. It cuts through oxidation, stains, and swirls.

I would say so . This it what its says here:

Highest metal shine possible for your metal wheels, exhaust and other car parts
Anti-corrosive protection for all metals
Great for polished, cast and billet aluminium, chrome and stainless steel
NXT metal polish quickly cuts through oxidation, stains, and swirls
A metal polish that leaves you with a mirror-like finish without micro marring or swirling
Simply work with a Meguiar's X2020EU Supreme Shine Microfibre.

I also use Rust-Olleum X1 both are good

MWS sell their own stainless spoke wheel cleaning kit HB. I won one at a FolkMog raffle. It consists of bottles of chemical cleaner applied with included stiff brush and metal protector fluid to finish off. Works well.

Thanks for the various helpful recommendations. Interesting that the Meguiar's blurb states it is "great for polished, cast and billet aluminium, chrome and stainless steel" rather than being specific to one particular metal.

Hello Rog - thanks for the idea of fitting "stainless and glass Mini jobbies" and the link. They were delivered today and look (and feel) much better than the square ones on my +8. They do improve the rear-end look! Rene

I agree that the stainless lamps look better, I have them also but you need to be aware if they are mounted upside down (like mine also ) they fill with water from the mounting stem so need silicone sealer in the cable entry and perhaps vaseline on the gimble. I have also made a small break in the rubber seal so if water does get in it drains out. Worth keeping an eye on whatever you decide.
