Extraordinary race. Double standards (re RB allowed to “fix” rear wing multiple times and Mercedes getting disqualified as well as one driver forcing another one off and gaining permanent advantage without penalty) drives me stark staring mad but….what a race….

Certainly kept me awake, great clean race by LH. Shame the same can't be said for others this afternoon! Overall I think the sportsmanship in this race wasn't too bad, given the stakes. What is so satisfying is that at the peak end of motor sport we have two great drivers pushing as hard as they can and demonstrating sublime skills. If Max is to have the baton passed to him he will know it has come from a master and we can only hope he will accept it with grace and humility and carry it forward to pass to another. I liked Damon Hill's response. "One of the greatest drives I have ever seen in F1. By anyone."
