It appears that RB has nothing for Mercedes. Unless something catastrophic happens Lewis should come out the victor.
Of course....who knows.

Of course....who knows. Indeed... Mercedes' performance is untouchable in cool conditions, when their tyres appear to work better. In an effort to distract everyone from being beaten fair & square by a faster, legal car (innocent until proven otherwise?!) Red Bull have dialled the noise up to 11. It's only encouraging Mercedes, I think. & we now have an 'anything goes' overtaking policy from the stewards - which is maybe OK on this and the next two circuits, because there's plenty of run off to push your opponent into: the risk of damage is low. It would be a tragedy though if the championship were now decided by forceful driving that's not been acceptable in recent years. It's a level playing field for all the drivers, except maybe for the driver with a lead in the championship who's defending against a faster car...

My man maths says that if Lewis wins the next race and Max fails to score points and then they finish 1 and 2 at the last race Lewis is World Champion (again).
I'm sure it is more complex than that, but I'm happy to wait and see.
