We at least need a picture of the CX chassis and suspension to keep us engaged. I keep going back and forth between the Liberty ACE 2.0, the 3 Wheeler and the 3/3. Right now the 3 Wheeler is winning.

gold wing engines go forever (I still am the OEM owner of a 78) and best of all. Timing belts are available

gold wing engines go forever (I still am the OEM owner of a 78) and best of all. Timing belts are available I broke one  1979 GL1000 It had done 120,000+ but it stripped the teeth off the rear crank pulley. No idea how or why! Popped a couple of skirts off the carb pistons too. Stuffed another engine in, and got Jon and Wingovations to rebuild an ebay set of carbs and all sorted now. if you want a plastic car with a second hand (but extremely reliable) engine, then the Ace is the one to go for.

Jon is a great bloke - helped me out a lot. Trouble with the GL engines is when they do go wrong, they are a bugger to fix due to the set up of the casings.

yes, I asked another NGW guy who rebuilds bikes and does race bikes (i.e. highly skilled) and he said he had never broken the case on a GL1000... and guess you have to do if I need to replace a shift fork

Not heard anything Landy but apparently the Geneva show is on again this year, Morgan traditionally unveil their new models here.
I've no idea whether or not they will have a stand this year but I look forward with excitement to seeing the new M3W.
