Who is everyone insuring their Morgan with these days ?
Ive just had a renewal notice from Headley and its shot right up to £367. I know insurance ( as with everything ) has shot up but seems excessive ??

Someone has posted on the Hopmog Facebook group that their premium through Headley had gone up by 25% this year.

Yes, Headleys have gone up 25%, just renewed mine yesterday. I shopped around, Gott and Wynne were over £100 more for what is a very similar policy, Peter Best came in with two quotes, one at £300 from LV and one at £2500 from the same company that Headley use. Work that one out. LV direct were £167. Reading the small print, although LV were attractive if you left your car with the roof down while you went to pay for your petrol you were not covered, with Headley and Gott & Wynne you were, plus they offered track day and event cover. You pays your money and takes your choice!

Edit Bonesie I paid £530 for a 2019 Roadster

There have been a couple of reports of big increases on the SogMog Facebook group, including one of 24%.
Heritage quoted me £281 this year, a 12% increase. I changed to RH who already insure my A7. They quoted £138 and they allow additional drivers at no extra cost so my son is also included.

I am with G&W and currently paying £262.33 plus breakdown cover £22.40 - with an agreed value of £40,000 with 3,000 miles per year. I think that's pretty good ? I'm up for renewal next month though

I paid £446 (inc £35 breakdown cover) through Headley for my 2016 Plus 4 - 5000 miles and agreed value in July last year. So your £367 seems reasonable to me, Bonesie!
