Could try Haynes manual for Triumph tr on eBay Doubt it! Absolutely NO Morgan/Moss Gearbox content in a TR4 Haynes manual. Arwyn

As I remember....
Seats out
transmission tunnel out
gearbox out
jackshaft housing and shaft out
replace clutch
replace all else in reverse order, checking the release brg sleeve and carbon. The carbon pad used to be replaceable.
miserable job. Also check slot in bottom of jackshaft housing for wear caused by the carbon pad carrier pin.
or..and we made a special tool to do this....we could lift the engine up and do the clutch from the engine side but required the special homemade tool to centre the clutch disc.
I think the last one I did was circa 1971-2

I seem to remember that a cut-down pilot shaft makes the best alignment tool.

The issue is when taking out the engine it won't come out with the clutch bolted to the flywheel.
Taking off the fan and w/pump and crank pulley gives just enough room to unbolt the clutch and push the clutch back into the bellhousing and remove the engine in order to extract the clutch.
Either way, it's a lot of work.

I seem to remember that a cut-down pilot shaft makes the best alignment tool. Never needed one, always been able to set them up by eye. If you need one for a Moss box car, let's just say there's an alignment tool already there! Arwyn
