PS: given Morgan's track record on accessory availability, I would be tempted to keep the order for the tall screen "on the book" to give them some kind of commitment to deliver. I would not be surprised if the final version of the screen looks a bit different. Future versions might also be interesting - e.g. adding screen framing, or the option of a fold down Brooklands screen...)
Yeah, I think I'll try and add the small fly screens to my order and either cancel the tall one or keep it on back order. The guy I usually deal with at the dealership is on holiday this week so I will ring back on Monday and try and see what he thinks.
Looks great with the small screens. Nice colour, is it an Aston colour?

No it's an old Jag colour. It used to be available on the E-Type. At one point towards the end, it was on the colour options for the 3 Wheeler. I believe someone specced it and Morgan liked it so much they added it to the options list. When the new Super 3 came out I knew I wanted that colour. Unfortunately it isn't on the options though, but I thought the price of having your car painted an individual colour was very reasonable so I went with it. Yeah the user name is because I have a 1971 BMW 2002tii. Its Bristol Grey. It's a colour that BMW discontinued in 71, the same year they launched the tii. Just a watch-out... if your dealer has submitted your exact spec to Morgan on the Morgan system and you've paid the deposit, Morgan might charge you a fee for changing your order...
Might not apply but worth checking first.

Guess I’ll find out more on Monday hopefully. Morgan never did ring me back. I’d like to think they would be more than happy to let me change it, if the spec I originally ordered isn’t actually available yet.

I had a full screen on my M3W. It offered good wind protection, but the plastic scratched easily and in the rain it was not easy to look through rain-spattered goggles/crash helmet visor and a screen that did not have wipers. We sprayed both with Rain X, which sheds some of the water, but visibility was still a problem.
That led me to go on my current (sort of) M4W for smaller, glass screens that could be folded down if necessary. However, one does get wind-blasted at speed and, given a choice, I would go for scratch-proof plastic with wipers - as in Trikings. I wonder why MMC has not offered a wiper option.

Thanks! What colour have you picked? No idea - my dealer booked me on it so half expecting to have to pay up when we arrive! I got them to check timings etc so that it would be out of paint etc. I was over at the factory a few months ago and my dealer booked a tour for me and it was free. Keep an eye out for my car as well while you’re there! I don’t think I’ll be able to visit during the build of mine as I live in N.Ireland and it’s not exactly an easy commute.

I've gone for another green - Verde Pino, it is a Ferrari colour. I've gone for the Silver wheels which I might end up changing to body coloured once I have it but lets see what it looks like first!
Only a few more weeks to wait now!
