Apparently the completion date is November 9th. Though I’ve been told that’s optimistic. I’m hoping it’s going to be ready to collect by the end of November.

I got the same, so I went online to book...the first available date was April the 1st innocent

There is a Super 3 at Williams. So I was able to have a good look.
Gosh, it is big....
This is the worm's eye view

Can we please have a Morgan "Waterfall" grill to hide the oily bits??

The cockpit is super, high quality.

But to get into it I had to take my shoes off and step onto the seat. The cockpit edge is simply too high to swing a leg over....

Once in, great, but my shoes remained on the floor of the showroom, I couldn't reach them...
Getting out was also a challenge....
Overall, getting in and out of a Caterham is much easier.

I feel it is aimed at the 30 something, lithe and flexible driver... not a stiff and no longer very flexible 70 year old.

According to the staff it drives really well.

As a mere 69 year old I have been in and out of several Super 3's and didn't find it a problem to get in and out without standing on the seat. Agree the cockpit edge is higher than the M3W, and the cockpit is wider but only just, comparing with the M3W the seat base is only approximetely 1/2 inch wider.

The Super 3 is pretty wide - wider than the Plus 6. It’s about the same width as a CRV, if you exclude the Honda’s mirrors. We regularly scrape the left side of the CRV along the hedges in the narrow roads around here!

Age is a number...in my case 70 comes with increasing inflexibility: I am that oldgit

Dear Peter,

Many thanks for posting the pictures. The color looks to me like the one I have on order "Desert Glow Silver Metallic". Very nice to see one in this configuration. Also the black interior suits this color very nicely! If you have more pictures (especially from the outside / side view) keep them coming. Thank you, Adrian.
