Very funny, but true. It drives now though. Just need to get it taxed at the end of the month.

Out and about in my Super 3 today with my 81 year old Mother bunkered down in the passenger seat. We loved every minute of it. It put big smiles on our faces, the type of smiles that’ll stay with us for the rest of our lives.

Fantastic, I just wish my 89 year old dad had enough mobility to get into and more especially out of my M3W, "A" frame and block and tackle would be required in both cases.

I see the configurator has been reconfigured - driving lights, tall screen, and sport exhaust are now "dealer install" ...

Interesting, dealer install as takes vehicle outside of original Type Approval and CoC spec

Another point is, should the owner then have to declare to insurer that vehicle is 'modified beyond original manufacturer specification' ?

All my insurance policies cover any factory options & anything fitted by the dealer when new.

Same for me with my current M3W which was delivered with dealer fit Stage 2 tuning, Ohlins, LED headlamps and a few other bits and pieces.

With my previous M3W I added these sort of upgrades throughout the 7 years I had the car and each time Gott & Wynn just noted the modifications on the policy and there was never any charge.
