Nice work! ... all looks very convincing and well made.
If I had a car with the pcb I think I'd have one of these made up ready for the day the pcb failed ... fit this once and not bother with replacing the electronics .... a real project that will benefit Morgans going forward .... I can see a real problem with the next generation of classics being the impossible to get electronic parts ... this dodges the bullet for that troublesome part.

Rog:
Great work, it looks amazing. I just changed the whole dash on my 2004 Roadster and installed toggle switches, the trouble is, there are no labels as to their function. Did the toggle switch function tabs that you show come with the car, or did you add them. If you added them, I would love to know where to buy them, as mine are absent and cause me to flick two or three on to find the function I need. Thanks:

I just made labels for my dashboad so my wife could find the fan switch quicker.....

Rog, that is seriously fantastic work. I did start to try and do the same but bottled it in the end as I got my circuit board working for a while.
Gordon, I posted on here about fixing a similar issue with mine on the fan speed 2 blowing fuses. In my case it was failure of the small fly back diodes that dump the current from back emf when the relays switch off. They fail by shorting out. It was a simple case of replacing them with bog standard diodes. I'll see if I can find the thread.
Cheers Nick

Thanks chaps, it's not as difficult as it looks. It’s just a case of working out the connections as there’s not much information available out there, particularly re the pcb. I spent a lot of time pawing over the diagrams in the parts catalogue and the rest was ‘by guess’ and ‘by golly’. There was no disasters but at one point I did have the headlights flashing. I will endeavor to collect up all my scribbly scraps of paper from the garage floor and try and put a wiring diagram together at some point. There’s many way this can be approached. It could even be simplified by replacing the led’s with regular bulbs so no resistors to worry about. Rog:

Do you really need to fix PCB now you have your robust home brewed solution Rog? No reason at all to fix it Richard other than for the fun of it. It might only need a £1.50 relay….

What a terrific job.
My 2012 plus4 PCB failure caused one light to remain illuminated. The only solution offered was complete replacement of the board at significant cost. The malfunction appeared to have been caused by water ingress.
My solution of sticking electrical tape over the light paused the irritation, but pales somewhat in seeing your elegant work.
Morgan should be beating a path to your door with a consultancy proposal.

Here a foto from the labels I made with a labelprinter - not the best solution but it works... ![[Linked Image]](https://tm-img.com/images/2023/05/03/Gandalf_Schaltersymbole.jpeg)
