Has anyone else noticed the front suspension skip/stiffen on hard fast cornering? I guess it’s the increased pin to bush frictional drag from the imposed side loading.

I use MOLYKOTE br2 plus. We used it on board cranes, ships and other equipments when I worked in engineering.

I have set up the suspension using the spanners, the near side is spot on but the offside keeps varying. Can only think that I have a sticky king pin. New King's pins fitted with suspension.

Yes I dropped on a trolley jack a few times.

This can be tricky but as I said earlier a median can be found, important that kingpins freshly greased though. If there is a gap try lifting that side very gently under kingpin then leaving go. If the gap has closed you're nearly there, if not screw down collar a tad more.

Yes yesterday but it was a washboard surface that caused it I believe and certainly not the norm.

The next step after lubrication for reducing stiction/fiction is a material change. The friction coefficient will be roughly halved when using super slippery Vesconite Hilube bushes.

Made these for my previous car but never fitted them. Patiently waiting for the bushes to wear on my current car… waiting
