Owners of a Plus 4 with the GDI-engine might have heard of the ECU flash that MMC offer. From all I could find so far, it seems that there are two update versions available:

1. "Enhancement" flash
2. "Clubsport" flash

The latter you can only get if you have the Aero Racing Clubposrt Exhaust System (cross-referenced thread here).

One thing about this that bothers me is that I can't really tell which version of the flash I have; is anyone here knowledgeable about how to check the ECU version, for example by using an OBD-tool?

Check the exhaust system if it's standard you have the enhancement flash I would have thought.

Yes, I think so too - but I want 100% proof of this (and - should I be getting it - for the Clubsport update as well).

On the CS flash there is a label on the ECU that confirms the ECU has had the flash. I'll try and post a pic later.
Here's the pic, it's not a new label just changes to the existing label.

Edit, add pic.

The AR exhaust system ends in a twin tailpipe. There are some pics of the manifold & cat on the Techniques website.

Hallo Robert,
