Excellent work there - how many times have you watched that Top Gear clip with the GTN? And now you own one!! More times than I care to admit I will be honest! I bet you're a bit sad after all the work on the blue one, hardtop etc, but the chance to own a GTN, wow ! Enjoy Nick I think if it was anything other than that GTN I would be, but at the moment I am far to excited (thankfully!)

how different does the engine (and the whole car) feel compared to the Aero? I may have to answer this in about 4 months when the weather improves! Sadly the gritters had been out in full force so she was tucked away - however saying that is does feel different, doors closed more solid, windows operated with more of a clunk - so definately feels better built in some respects, but that may be because its newer (one of the last S1s vs one of the earliest) and the fact its only done 7k miles. I imagine based on what Ian (Shooter) has said before, it will drive quite differently - going to be a long wait!

Well despite all the recent specialish editions I think it was the only one that did actually differ in mechanics from the production version with the Alpina 4.6L engine and various other bits. The more recent fluff based special editions are bodywork and price only.
To be fair 1) the market accepts these sort of not-so-special editions these days 2) the legislative requirements were a bit more liberal back then
Everyone loves a Morgan. Even me, unless it's broken again.
