Replaced a seized rear brake cylinder on my 2016 three wheeler.
Bled the brakes. Brakes are good, but the "brake failure" light will come on and flash a few times ever once in a while.
I don't have to be braking for the light to come on.
master cylinder is full. What triggers this light and what is it trying to say.

The cap of the master cylinder has a float switch which will trigger if the brake fluid is too low, also check the electrical connectors to the cap.

If the fljid is to low in the reservoir it will come on intermittently.
2019 M3W Sold and is now in Las Vegas enjoying the showgirls :-)

Well, add a bit more and keep an eye on it.

Check the brake light switch. I don’t know which type is on your car or where it is. My Plus8 had a hydraulic switch in the pipework. Pressure increase from the pedal pressing activated it. My brake lights were intermittently lighting up when not braking. Brakes worked ok and no leaks. I the switch and all ok. Yours is likely to be an electric switch triggered by the pedal.

I used to have a hydraulic brake light switch on a previous car and they didn’t seem to last as long as a mechanical switch.

I know nothing of the M3W, though some brake fluid reservoirs have a probe which can detect some degree of condensation (water) in the fluid to indicate it is time for a fluid change... Just thinking in type, and hoping not to add to any possible confusion.

How does the brake failure light on the M3W function. Does it only detect fluid levels in the master cylinder or does it function in some other manner?

To check the brake light, disconnect a wire on the brake fluid level cap, it should go out, if it does not go out, see the handbrake switch, similarly unplugged or connected the two electrical plugs to see if this turns off the signal, if this does not solve the problem and the brake fluid level is good the problem is electrical so you can drive.
