There’s a video on YouTube, and stuff on Instagram. The company’s news page is here…

‘USA Availability: Morgan is currently working with the United States authorities to achieve homologation for the new Plus Four. Whilst there are no timescales for entry, the company is in the advanced stages of approvals and is confident it will meet all requirements. We will update our United States audience with further news in due course’

I tried hard to be be upbeat about the cars makeover.... but after considering it for just under an hour since its press release, it does not work for me.. I prefer the first CX Plus Four looks overall.
I dont like the headlights or the rear badge that reminds me of a 1500 Triumph Dolomite and somehow the stance of the car seems higher. Wing /spoiler design??.. I went on the configurator to come up with a variant that worked for me and I could not... Its just my view and I hope I am in the minority..

More tension and sculpted volume in the front wings apparently..........🤷🏻‍♂️

Evolution rather than revolution, subtle.
I'm sure it's the very best a Morgan can be, let's hope the buyers think so.

There must be scope for/demand for/interest in a more radical body shape now.......

Good luck if you're thinking of selling your earlier generation CX cars............

I like it...!!!

I quite like the new lights, especially at the back. Yes, I'm not sure why they bothered to change the badge!

I think Morgan has modified the rear badge to make it less susceptible to dirt and rust, and to match the 'clean' look of the facelift.

Strangely, and perhaps just the way that video displays it, but (to my eyes) it looks like a diecast toy car rather than an actual one from the front. The back feels similar but perhaps does not give off the same aesthetic feel.

The traditional Morgans have always been handsome cars, both purposeful and beautiful at the same time. I worry that if the corners and angles get smoothed out too much, you'll end up with a pastiche, akin to an older person who has had too many facelifts, nips, tucks and fillers. I do hope that MMC don't get into the cycle of all other car makers of change for the sake of trying to create the desire in the consumer for the need to upgrade to have 'the latest look.'

Personally, I feel the customer who buys a Morgan does so because of the heritage, authenticity and iconic style; a person who wants to step away from the tactics of the mainstream auto makers and relish in the what Morgan has always represented. If what Morgan represents is changing every 3-years, do you lose that authenticity?

...quite the price jump almost to Porsche levels.

I see a few options are now standard, leather clad seat backs but almost 6K more expensive. Ouch.

Interesting that it's all about the plus four.
I wonder if when the refreshed plus six arrives we'll find there's greater differentiation between the two?
