Well, it looks like the only way I’m gonna get this fixed is to find a mechanic who can open the cam chest and take off the cam belt gears to remove the bent over indexing pins. Cannot find the S&S tool, and finding an engineering shop to make a similar tool would likely cost as much…just creating the specs alone would be very difficult. As much as I love driving it, me and this 3-wheeler are not a good match.

Thanks to everyone for your suggestions and support. That has been the best part of this journey.

Well I’m all calmed down and once again the Morgan owners community is a true lifeline.

Phil Bleazey is helping out and getting me all squared away with a tool, plus I’m upgrading the pinion pulley while everything is open. No pulling the intermediate cam chest cover and rocker covers!
