Nice work Nick, some tiny LED running lights would look good incorporated into the new lower valance vents

Very nice work with the lower vents, it does give it a different look. I always liked them on the GTN's

Just one request, could you make the garage look a bit messier, actually a lot messier, as it is causing me terrible garage envy.

- looking good Nick I'm impressed with the additional nacelles/grilles.I think these were on the Le Mans car for brake cooling ? (but could be wrong...!) I had thought of doing this a while back and even bought the cutter/punch, etc. but lost my bottle when it came to attacking the metalwork It looks as though you managed to achieve the 'factory' look bevel/radiussed edge to the hole too; how was that achieved....? Hope you are getting out and about and racking up some miles..... James Thanks James, you are correct they were on the Le Mans cars and GTN's for brake cooling. Glad you noticed as it was a huge job to get the job done as per the factory. We had to remove the whole front end and I took the valance to a specialist vintage Aston Martin metal workers (this place builds entire DB5/6 shells from scratch hand beating the panels), after a lot of measuring (thanks to a handful of GTN owners on TM!) the holes were measured and cut, then the lips were hand formed/rolled ith a lip to take the rubber seal, and we bonded the fixings on as per photos from the original cars. I then sourced the grilles as NOS from Morgan, so they are the real deal so to speak. lovely... and well done on sourcing the headlamps! Thanks, it was an absolute nightmare sourcing them! But worth it in the end. Nice work Nick, some tiny LED running lights would look good incorporated into the new lower valance vents I did think something ala the new Plus 6 in the headlamps would be nice, but would in effect need completely custom units made - which is sadly no DIY job. Very nice work with the lower vents, it does give it a different look. I always liked them on the GTN's Thanks Alistair.

Nice work Nicholas
Do you not have an engine cover on yours? I took it off for the cleaning, and refitted it after. You can see it in the second picture of the engine bay. Albeit it looks quite nice without it tbh! Just one request, could you make the garage look a bit messier, actually a lot messier, as it is causing me terrible garage envy. I will take that as a compliment, espicially as I am currently in the process of tidying it up so I can display some memorabilia and various bits!

Nick, if I can bodge 'em into a Trad valance, I'm sure you could do it ![[Linked Image]](https://www.tm-img.com/images/2020/09/23/Front-LEDs.jpg)

For those wanting closure and who may have missed it, I did sell the Aero.. but I bought another (of course), a GTN to replace it with. Story of that, and the subsequent progress Here and Here. Thanks all
