May I ask for some advice regarding polishing chrome wire wheels. There are numerous rust spots and blobs on the outer rims and significantly more on the inner rims. What is the most effective way to remove this rust? Thanks Gary

You could try tinfoil Gary. Crumple some up then using water maybe with a little detegent rub away. It should remove rust without scratching the much harder chrome. When happy with finish you will need to protect with metal sealant.

Rub down with scrunched up aluminium baking foil dipped in coca cola.

I use Autosol with a cloth, a good coating of proper wax polish after or you could try Rimwax.

Thanks for the advice above.
I wish I had taken before and after photos......the difference is quite remarkable. I found using Autosol after the foil and coke combination resulted in a super finish.
Many thanks again
