It certainly is, uhm, distinctive! I sure the car was mentioned on another thread recently......but.....wow......that was a hell of a bargain for someone......!!!!!! I actually like the paint job......🤷🏻♂️....but for what it went for you could get it painted....and get the steering wheel put back on the correct side..... and still be ok...! Perhaps a good T cut or machine polish might remove the artwork if the new owner hates it. 🇬🇧🇬🇧

As we've discussed on here a time or two ..... the generation besotted with Morgans and pre-war cars are gradually falling off the perch to be replaced by a generation with disposable income and a penchant for the cars of their youth. This came up on my FB .... price is utterly bonkers to my mind ... for a boring family shopping car with a bigger (but hardly exotic) engine ... World's gone mad!! 🙂 ![[Linked Image]](https://www.tm-img.com/images/2025/07/19/Screenshot_20250719_231552_Facebook.jpg) K

Other than a Ford GT40, who would have thought that a Ford badged mundane relatively warmed up saloon car would hold that much affection.
When there are by comparison the likes of the Lotus Carlton just a decade younger and still pretty analogue, that ate most prestige sports cars for breakfast. No accounting for taste, but in the case of some fast(ish) Ford ,they are becoming a little too expensive a taste for what you get.
I'm sure someone is hopefully very happy, but I get the feeling that it might well be a case of in the heat of the moment, repent at leisure.
