Wow, a few (enlightening) things to look out for there!
I have rung about two early cars and both owners have said 'upgrades under warranty' have been completed and say that no subsquent concerns have arisen (which is great news).
I am still looking for a Plus Six by the way...as neither call resulted in 'progression!'

The blue Plus Six looks interesting, I had passed that by as 'baby blue' would not be my first choice....thanks though!

'things to watch for'........................ probably everything...! It was an en expensive and complex car built in a shed (sheds) by hand......... with component from the parts bins of many other manufacturers and it's a Morgan........what could possibly go wrong.....!!! Take someone with you who knows what they're doing, buy from someone you trust, get a good warranty be prepared for (many) ongoing 'development' issues/costs.....! This is possibly true of all Morgans but the more complex modern cars probably need a greater degree of 'commitment' from the prospective buyer...... a brave choice.....😆

Hi Julian I agree - buying a Plus Six is perhaps a 'brave choice?' However, as proven by the mileage some Plus Six's have now covered (in 5 years, since inception) it is not all gloom and doom. Yes Morgan be better, however, every car brand (or any car) can have its concerns?
I have now heard of 2 Plus Six's that have now done over 30,000 miles, the engine and gear boxes have proven to be 100%, OK some of the other Morgan bits have been a challenge...but hey ho, lets be a bit different. I don't want to own a Porsche Boxster??

I don't want to own a Porsche Boxster?? The engines and gearboxes have always been pretty good in Morgan's, because they're not made by Morgan.........😂😂 30k miles isn't really a huge mileage in 5 years........... it might be for a Morgan, I'm glad that owners are actually using their cars..🥳 I absolutely agree that 'issues' are not just a Morgan thing. 🇬🇧🇬🇧

I have done 10 k in my CX in a year. no problems yet I don't think that's an unreasonable expectation from an £80k car............🤷🏻♂️😁 🇬🇧🇬🇧
