Hilda was my Great Aunt, She loved fun, could be colourfull in her choice of words, never had Kids (so, only two seats required) and as a result, kind of took to me. On the visit front, go and take anyone who maybe not so conviced you need one (wife, girlfiend) because they will see a Morgan as a must have purchase, afterwards. A stylish dedication!! Yes, I will convince GF to follow me for a 5 day trip to England and Malvern and see what happens....but do I really want her to nick my car all the time in the future

I've moved my Fruits car out of the garage to make way for mine. I've bought her a car cover to show my affection
Loving husband Ted.
I don't care how cold it is, we're having the roof down.

Oooo brings back happy memories of when mine was being built. Had been up to see it twice and on the third time when I knew it was nearly finished I took my Uncle, an fitter turner by trade, up to see the factory. He had no idea that I had ordered a Morgan.
Got to the dispatch bay and the first car I saw was mine, did a quick double check, sat in it and started playing... as you do. Unc started having a mini fit saying things on long the lines of get out you stupid bugger you will have to pay for any damages. May have been a bit stronger as he had worked his way up from the shop floor!! Anyway Morgan employee on hearing the row came up and politely asked me to get out as it was someones car, I then took pleasure in telling Unc and said employee that not to worry it was mine.
Had I known he suffered from a weak heart!
Seriously he was amazed at the way Morgan were working. He had been an apprentice in 1938 at Wincanton Transport, they who made the Milk Tankers, and was surprised to see tools being used that were already obsolete when he trained.
Unfortunately he has died now but I will always remember that look on his face when he saw his nephew in his brand new Morgan!

Mine can't wait to get her hands on the car. I bought her a nice lambskin jacket (fur on the outside) a few weeks ago. She already has the scarf and is insisting I buy a flying jacket before we pick up the car. It would be absolutely out of the question that I take delivery of the Plus 4 without her. The moment we get the chance and she can drive on the right, as in correct, side of the road she will be behind the wheel.

Ah the fateful factory visit! Enough to reduce a grown man to a child filled with the fervour only Christmas eve can instil. How true! So, should we be meeting Peter & Mrs. P. when they are over to collect the car? Cheers,
