If I won the lottery, and was in the mood, I would consider an SP2 Supersport, but my demands would be Turrino aluminium wires, with the boot lid cut out for a spare, no hard top because it ruins the shape, and also an aluminium splitter to replace the snow plough. Finished in Porsche Signal Orange from the 70's. Silver wheels. Black interior with orange stitching.

Would the Supersport have been so high in the results if it had been pi$$ing it down for the whole of the test......???🤷🏻♂️ I can't imagine that the journalists would have been so complimentary had the rain been coming in round the sidescreens.....😆

I hope it broadens the appeal of Morgans to a much wider audience, because it needs to sell units to secure it's future especially it's financial viability. Be interesting to see what the 2025 financial results look like, with the US market opening up to them with the Plus Four. If production switches from the traditional dependance on the UK, I wonder how that will filter thru in future developments, to appeal to different market demands.

Surely they have to make more use of the CXV chassis, and not just with the six pot. I was told the US homologation only applies to the CX chassis, and if that is so the CXV won't be seen soon in the US. But I'd buy a CXV P4, even give up some of the extra space in my P6 in exchange for better fitting doors!

I drove the Supersport in heavy rain. No water leaks anywhere. The seal of the side screens against the rubber on the hardtop is excellent. As is noise and wind suppression.

OK at the risk of being "controversial" (aka getting lynched), if I were the MMC board I would set-up a manufactirng facility in say Detroit (other U.S. locations are available), ship over say 50 key assembly staff from Pickersleigh Road, and service the U.S. market that way
