Well, grey IS retro.......... nerd
I once went to view John Bolster's FIAT 850 Coupe (about 1990). It was grey with red interior, a popular choice in the mid/late 60's. MG called it Grampian Grey with red or black interiors.
It's a very attractive combo.
But black also suits the 4/4 Sport, especially with the track pack. thumbs

Andy, welcome to the site.

The 4/4 Sport looks stunning in grey, as you said it just seems to look "so right". I cannot imagine you being disappointed with the choice because unlike so many fashion colours, on the Morgan it looks classic, contemporary and classy all rolled into one.

To my eye sport gray looks stunning, especially with a mulberry red leather interior, a black grill and black spoked wheels.
