Im due for a full left Knee replacement on 21st May - Private insurance foots the bill - a bit of claw back from ever increasing premiums!

Blimey the TM demographic seems to necessitate a full knee replacement. Perhaps Morgan driving contributes to the problem, ?
All I know is that it is a miracle that you get up and walk, even up stairs the next day….amazing after such power tool/ equipment surgery.
Not in a hurry to get the other done as all I had was a paracetamol as pain relief !
A fiend went skiing 4 months after the op which seemed it brave, me a year.
We could post pics of scars to see which is the neatest.

There's a chap in our Men's Shed getting both knees done within one week. I wouldn't have thought that they would do both so close in time. My wifes surgeon won't do the other till at least 6 months & ideally a year. Way too risky according to him. Havig seen the impact of one I agree with him

I’ve no complaints with NHS, had my knee bolted back together and back on my feet in a couple of days, all done with keyhole surgery, amazing! ![[Linked Image]](https://i.ibb.co/27Cbw8Tw/IMG-6200.jpg)

They've told me I won't be able to drive for six weeks which seems a lot. Didn't mention riding the motorbike though!
