I have to replace the grill mesh in my 2025 plus four. Could someone please provide instructions? Thanks

On the later trads the number plate box bolts hold the grill and its mesh up, supported by slots inside cowl at the top. Would start by removing them as I imagine CX cars would have similar mounting. Take care to note position of rubber spacers for re-assembly.

I removed the two bottom bolts to remove the license plate backing piece. Florida does not require a front license plate. I could only wiggle the bottom of the grill and mesh but not enough to center - or straighten - them in the cowl. What's holding them at the top? Are the bottom holes slotted so I can move them to the right to center them? The factory did a very poor installation job. And which rubber spacers are you referring to?

If I want to replace the mesh, what tips can you provide so I don't scratch the paint on the cowl's inner edges while removing or installing the new mesh? Thanks for your assistance.

Try using superglue to fix a thin rubber strip to the underside of the degreased cowl. Old bicycle inner tube works well.

Just mind you fingers, edges of the grill mesh can be very sharp.
