🇬🇧🇬🇧 DId this a few years back - GSX750 chop, GS650 Katana as a Cafe Racer (about the 5th iteration), MT500 (with 600cc engine) and the BMW K75 Shiterider. The GL1000 and ZX10 were missing from the line up! Only the ZX10 remains, but another line up would be good..... ![[Linked Image]](https://www.tm-img.com/images/2026/06/05/468879238_10169555213720034_4341454947306338087_n.md.jpg)

I see that black must be the 'de rigor' around your way........... Definitely at my house. Always been a bit odd when it comes to colour. I own 6 white shirts and every other item of clothing, footwear and outerwear is black. When I was a small kid, I would only ever use black crayons or paint. I went through a colourful phase when I was about 16, but it only lasted 12 months,

What petrol are you running your Harleys on...since 1980 they can run on E10, although I've always used E5 since leaded disappeared. But I finding E 5 pumps are already starting to disappear, the Government were from the outset only guarenteeing availablity of E5 for 5 years and that 5 year period is coming to an end. When they refurbished my local petrol station, they reduced the number of pumps dedicated to E5, so things are happening already restricting availability. Where there were 4 of the 8 stations with E5 pump, now there is only one.
I've got a '95 S&S Super E carb on the bike and I'm sending it away to get it sonic cleaned and rebuilt and will be looking to change all the fuel lines to ethenol capable lines, do you know a good supplier,as a matter of course anyway, as they maybe the original fuel lines as the bike been in storage most of it's life. The jetting may require adjustment, but I get my friendly mechanic to do that and replace the inlet gaskets at the same time as they are known to leak with age..........I appreciate I'll have to use some form of stabiliser when not in use over winter, or drain the tank.

I use E10 in everything - although tend to stick in E5 for the first and last fill up of the riding season. Have changed all the fuel lines to ethanol resistant, and try and keep the tank as full as possible.

What with work, trips to see the folks and various gigs and stuff, today was the first proper chance I had for a run out to breakfast. Runs really well, few little bits to fettle but very happy! ![[Linked Image]](https://www.tm-img.com/images/2026/07/11/PXL_20260711_072259238.md.jpg)
