Also the car must be level to do the checks. I park it in the garage with both doors open. The oil check takes a few minutes. Why we can't have an oil dipstick and see through coolant tanks I don't know. I did make a dip stick as my coolant on the low pressure passenger sides settles at 1/3.
I also replaced the cheap rad caps with good ones. The standard ones are known for failing.

Just a heads up that the rad cap pressure seems to vary year on year, model by model; possibly what MMC had in the parts bin ...
Mine were both 16 psi by Tre (now changed to Stent). Seeing a car in build at the factory with a higher pressure cap caused me to ask if both of mine at 16 psi were correct, the answer was "yes".
I've never had a radiator issue. It would be interesting to know whether CX Mogs with high(er) pressure rad caps have experienced more rad failures than those with low(er) pressure rad caps.

My 2021 Plus four has 61,000 Kms on it and is on its 3rd Radiator!!! Currently has an issue with an ABS warning light which then causes the overseer and engine light to come on -- anyone got any ideas as to the causes? all checks of the ABS sensors have produced nothing!!!

AI suggests the following
An ABS warning light on a 2021 Morgan Plus Four is most commonly triggered by a dirty or faulty wheel speed sensor, low brake fluid, a blown ABS fuse, or a wiring issue.
Because these cars use a modern BMW powertrain and electronics, the system can also log an error due to a dying battery or a faulty brake light switch. Common Causes and Checks
Wheel Speed Sensors: These are located at each wheel hub and monitor rotation. Because Morgan Plus Fours are open-wheel style and sit close to the road, dirt, mud, and road debris can easily foul a sensor or its wire, breaking the signal to the ABS control module.
Brake Fluid Reservoir:
Check your brake fluid level. If the fluid is low (often due to worn brake pads or a slight leak), the system may disable the ABS and illuminate the light
.Fuses and Relays:
A blown fuse or a faulty relay can cut power to the ABS pump or module.
Battery/Voltage Fluctuations:
Modern Morgans utilize sensitive electronics. If your battery voltage drops too low during starting, it can trigger an ABS or stability control warning code.
Brake Light Switch
: If the switch behind your brake pedal fails, it can confuse the ABS/traction control module, causing the warning light to turn on.
What to Do Next
Check for debris: Look behind your wheels and gently clean off the speed sensors and their wiring. Check for loose connections.Verify fluid levels: Ensure your brake fluid is at the correct level.Use an OBD2 Scanner: Because of the shared BMW electronics platform, you can often retrieve specific ABS fault codes by plugging an OBD2 scan tool into the port located under the dashboard. This will pinpoint exactly which sensor or valve is causing the issue

It does seem that modern digital systems are likely to spit out alarm as a battery ages, thus perhaps the simplest check it to have the battery load checked, as that may require a lot less effort than getting in amongst things... Digital systems can be very dependant on voltage and more so if your Morgan is not in regular use, as in such situations a battery seem likely to have a shorter life span that one`s daily transport. I suspect any garage will have load testing kit that only takes a few minutes to disconnect the battery and test it.... Perhaps best if you have the battery fully charged first, perhaps after a long run , with a hour or two`s rest before the test is applied...?

Absolutly, start with the simple to check things first and battery would be top of my list to check first. especially if it's still the original battery....modern batteries don't seem to last that long these days especially with modern voltage sensitive systems.

Thanks, guys-sadly a new battery didn’t solve it and the wheel sensors look ok- tomorrow we’ll remove the wing and. Heck the ABS module and wiring — onwards and upwards!!!!

Robbie, just a side idea, as you are seeing multiple warning lights coming on, could the fault be earth related. Our Plus Six is mid 2020, when it was about 18 months old we had a few issues with engine management / overseer lights and a overseer weird fault that would cut the engine at 5mph but no fault codes were generated . Morgan told the dealer to redo all the vehicle earths ( I believe there may be one under the dash ) . After the earth's were remade the car logged a hard overseer fault, the unit was replaced and no more weird fault lights since. There were a few earlier cars that reported weird faults and the first thing Morgan told dealers was to check all earths. I think later cars have better earthing.
