Bit more info on the Porsche flavour SS - it was an expensive option (this is from memory not fact checked) in circa 1985 a 911 standard was £22k while the ‘turbo look SS’ was £30k while a basic Capri at the time cost £7.5k.

Seems the word Supersport carries a premium even over the decades

Also, shows about $22k of tax and fees on a $93k car. Quite substantial for cars sold in the US. Probably includes the new tariffs that Trump established and that they are directly passed through by the dealer to the buyer.

In this color and with these wheels, this car looks a lot like a kitcar. (Of course, I know it isn't one.)
