We have just returned from a 5 day stay in the westcountry. Our little 4/4 never missed a beat, went everywhere we asked of it, even up in the moors. Averaged in excess of 36mpg! Enjoyed ever second. Owning a Morgan must be one of the worlds best kept secrets. Only down side was.... we didn't see another Morgan on the road the whole week, nice selection in Berrybrooks to drool over though.

Glad you enjoyed your week down here Bassboy, we are very fortunate with many morgan roads down here. Dartmoor just feels perfect with the lid off and the country smells invading the cockpit, surprised you saw no other morgans though as there are quite a few of us down here enjoying the air

The only time I've been wetter than in the West Country was during the Sheffield floods of 2007. Crutch deep in raging floodwater is not much fun.

Rain in the Southwest surely not ! A builder friend once said to me no this is just drizzle today (stair rods at the time on a shoot) until it runs out of your _rse it's just a shower. I think of him GRHS when I get caught with the lid off in the Morgan
