I didn't place a deposit, I sold my Roadster to someone who has looked after it very well and was on the point of placing an order. I was subsequently made redundant and buying an Aero was not a 'sensible' option at that point. Four years on and having looked at a few second hand cars and read some of the problems owners have had I'm on the fence. A Morgan is discretionary purchase but I'm sorry that after over 100 years some basics have not been addressed, like applying paint that doesn't come off after 3 years
The issues listed are all ones which I have seen first hand on Aeros or have been well documented on TM
