Thanks Sprinty...but saw this after we had departed. Amberley Inn was fine (good beer and tasty food, nice log fires (2) burning). Walked past Black Horse at 2.25pm and it looked closed? Maybe Thurs lunchtime in March is not the most active period. Anyway, we will check out the BH next time we pass.
