How much snow is there in Yorkshire in yer average Winter, Dave?
I ask because the last snowfall-but-one here in Zummerzet, I picked up
from her nightshift in Glastonbury (Alt 10 feet above sea level) and brought her back over the Mendips (Alt 1000 feet) to Chewton. The one vehicle smacked against the stone wall along the A39 was a Beemer 3 Series.
