Oil the leaf springs? This used to be a regular task on old cars (I remember doing this on my 1957 A35 in 1971), Landrovers etc.
That's right. Probably a simple job to put right. But I don't have any equipment to ramp the car up with to do the job. If its simple enough hopefully the dealer will put it right.
