Regarding the issue of this lamp coming on

One of the Roadster 100 Register owners (2009/10 car) still has this problem after frequent visits to his dealership. The car is about to be returned to the factory. The lamp comes on about every 500 miles.
Would anyone here who has had this problem, with any model, and had the problem permanently fixed, please like to share what their issue was reported to be so that I can feed it back to him?
