They have to live up to the expectations aroused by their prices and advertising.

I too have had a number of quality issues with my Roadster - relatively small things but frustrating none the less and things which should not have happened if Morgan had a little more care and attention. My car came with rusty old door hinges which look second hand - one door was even wonky. Ok, Morgan replaced it under warranty but it should not have happened in the first place. They also cocked up the special badging on the rear deck which I requested and then botched the repair - now put right by Morgan and its perfect. The fan knob also dropped of the dash - again, put right. None of these things are a big deal and Morgan have put them right perfectly and without fuss - and that's great and very much to their credit. But they should still not happen in an expensive car sold as bespoke.

Despite that I adore my car love

Quicksilver, I totally agree, the lack of attention to detail is a shame but it doesn't stop me enjoying the car one iota. Provided I get the good response from the dealer/factory as you have I will continue to be a Morgan evangelist !
