Payment in full for a new Morgan before release from the factory was in the small print on the order form when I bought a new Mog built to my order. (ie not dealer stock) As I was buying direct fom MMC it didn't make any practical difference, they already had my old car as deposit and I paid the balance with a building society cheque upon collection
