The bevel box failed around 400km. Newly built, so I am not sure he problem has yet been identified and solved. The replacement bevel box was couriered in from the factory.
I would propose you ask MMC (or whoever ou bought from) to run a few dozen miles, and then let them change the bevel box oil. If it looks clear, that should be a good indicator everything is in order.
