Also to add, the spring material used for the SUPLEX springs is a very high grade and is not expected to creep, ie loose height, with time. However there may be a little settling after a few miles as the main spring settles into the thrust race rubber seal, thus it is recommended in the instructions to check and readjust if necessary with the supplied 'C' spanners. Then that will be it.
