Yea, I got him on the corners, the look on his face was a picture - but the slightly breathed on CVH was no match on the straights, good fun though - the 2.0 Zetec might have more chance.
Others might be interested in that the Zetec 2.0 litre can be installed in place of the 1.6 CVH using the following from the CVH:- gearbox, clutch, exhaust manifold & system, inlet manifold, Weber DFT 32/34, engine mounts, rad, alternator and other bits and bobs and still give over 100 bhp at the rear wheels with a calculated 138 bhp at the flywheel from the rolling road test. Brmmmmmmm! PJB.
