If its the car on the opening page of Gomog and the one featured in this restoration project (
http://www.gomog.com/restoration/restoration1.html) then it looks beautiful. If I was in the market for a Plus 8 I would go and take a look at it.
Are you sure you looked at the right car - I think Mike Duncan has another dark blue Plus 8.
I don’t know anything about the history between Gomog and some people here and I don’t want to go there but, judging from the Gomog site and the work he put into that restoration, he does not seem the type of person who would allow his car to deteriorate.
