Given what some people have said, it might be a good idea to suggest to the dealer that the lubrication status is checked when the new box is fitted.
I'm wondering if the boxes are delivered, and the factory has the belief, that they are pre-oiled, but in fact, the oil level is not always adequate. It would a simple thing to check, and add oil if needed, and might prevent a whole lot of unhappiness!
