In the UK, because of the weight, you need a class 4 (car) MOT. But because a tray or similar is needed to support the back wheel on the ramps, the likelihood is only testing stations that do both class 3 (lightweight three wheeler) and class 4 MOTs will be able to test a five speed three wheeler.
Brake rollers only work on a pair of wheels, so although the fronts are testable this way, the back isn't. However, the brake can be checked to see if it basically works when the car is on the ramps, and a Tapley gauge and road test will satisfy the rest.
I assume the on-line records with the DVLA are correctly set up, but I think unless you are too far away, arranging the test through the dealer would be the best start.
Added - a working cat is needed in the UK for a class 4 MOT.
