Hi all, i have re-read this thread and i am still wondering if drilling out the first baffle totally or just making a small enlargement to it is the way to go. On the EU4 cars, mine. There are two cats, one after the cylinder head and two more conventionally placed.
From all that has been said, drilling out the first baffle makes a big difference to power, noise and performance. Some of you have used different size cutters to remove this baffle.
Whats the consensus on which is best. 38mm, 44mm or something in between. I like Highnoons Magnaflow setup, but as i am no welder i would have to get the work done.
In the UK i have spoken to Demand Engineering, and they will make me a custom design exhaust to my design for 1600 pounds(sorry none standard keyboard).
