Yes, I did - it's made by Hella, and I have a [Hella] part number written on the box: 8RA 008.405-001.
But when I ordered it from Brand's Hatch Morgan in the UK, they gave me a different part number just to confuse matters!
I'll see if I can scan the fitting instructions (my scanner has been playing up lately) but if not, I will have to send it to you the old-fashioned way: the Post Office!
