Meanwhile I read again the user manual. It seems that the jacking point is between the front wheels (if I got it right).
Since I do not have the jack up tool, if anybody is so kind to post a picture of the one provided with the car, I'd appreciate it.
Use the diff housing at the rear and the cross member between the wheels at the front. You will need a low racing type trolly jack and support the chassis with axle stands as soon as the wheels are off the ground. This works fine for me.
