I can't believe as a car that it would not have to have a windshield and wipers.
Although here in the US if you wear eye protection you don't necessarily have to have a functioning windshield.
Back in my foolish young days I had a '62 Sprite and hit a guard rail pole in the nose. My friend in the passenger seat took out the windshield and with other repairs; I got it back on the road quickly, but without a windshield. I wore my cycle helmet with face shield while driving it. I got stopped by the State Police and they tried for about an hour to give me a ticket for no windshield. They could find in their rule book about obstructed vision by driving with a broken windshield, but nothing said that you had to have one as long as you had eye protection.
So the OZ version being a car, I would imagine no helmet is required, but it definitely does not have a windshield of any importance. So how does that work?
