Happy you sorted it out.
At least I see that mine was not the only one with the lazy switch :-)
Did you get the switch cleaned or replaced?
I brought it to an auto electrician and he put in a new one. They are cheap enough; but it's the inconvenience caused.
Now the passenger window works as it should...
This is pretty common and I'm sorry I missed the thread the first time.
I've had the micro switches replaced twice on my Aero. They don't seem very robust and therefore if the reset (lowering the window using the power switch, then raising it to the full position and holding the switch in the engaged position for 10-seconds before releasing) doesn't work, then it is invariably the micro switch that needs cleaning or replacing.
