I am French and lives in France and have a RHD PLUS 4.

With a RHD you have to be careful when you enter on a highway and when you overtake.

By default the rule is "priorité à droite", right priority, except on the road where you have the signals AB2 and AB6 :

which are used on the main roads, but not in the town.

When I drive in UK, I have to be very careful, the signals are not in the same places in regards of my common reflex, and turn right and roundabout need some concentration. I suppose it is the same for you in France. But I admit that drivers are cooler in UK. If you go in Italia, it is an other experience!
